The objective is to help you reach your fitness goals while improving your overall health. The website enables you to log your daily activities and track your progress over time. There’s even a friendly team challenge for companies to participate in, so you and your co-workers can work together to compete against other teams and have fun along the way!

Getting and Staying Active

Any type of exercise is helpful, even in small amounts. The President’s Council reports as little as 30 minutes a day of walking or 10,000 steps daily for five days or more a week can produce the best long-term health benefits for most people. Routine activities will help you lose weight, lower cholesterol and reduce the likelihood of future serious health problems. While you may not reach 10,000 steps in a day, with WalkingWorks, you can easily track your daily activities and reach your personal physical activity goals each week.
